It seems the In-Vetro Fertilization business in the United States is about as well regulated as their financial sector. The link below is to a New York Times article about this not-so-regulated sector. One dude has 150 kids from his one "load." Obviously, this type of idiotic behavior increases the chances of incest by a large margin (i.e. banging your half sister you did not know was your half sister) and based on the people in Wal-Mart this may have been going on for a while.
